JAINISM---25 BOL---PART-------1.

Friends recently I came across a small book for Jainism with above title. I found the book to be very useful to know basic things of life
and Jainism at a glance within a short time. All Bols are taken from
32 Aagams. One can find the list of reference in booklet index page.
I am sharing the summary form herewith for this blog readers. For
details one has to refer the book. The book is an accumulation of the various pieces from Aagams. For better knowledge it is very good.
In universe there cannot be more items than those specified things. If done in a systematic manner learning it very easy. first see the way it is being composed.1 to 10 are general principles of a soul. Last 22 to 25 are for Shrawaks. 11 to 21 are difference in living  and non living  with types of 14 Gunastan and types of souls and Leshaya, One can first note down title and contents numbers like-1.Gati 1-4.2.Jati 2-5.
1-Gati-4.It means various destinations where soul can go. They are hell ,plant and animal. human. Deolog .After Siddahgati soul need
no further life and death. It is   it's last and final destination-Moksha.

2-Jaati--5.It is birth based on organ classification-Souls having one
to five organs viz-water, shell ,ant, fly and we as human plus animal.

3-Kaay-6. Different bodies where soul takes birth soil, water. fire air,
,plant and moving souls having two to five organs.
4-Indriya-5. It means organs. Maximum they can be five viz-ear. eye. nose tongue and skin. We are called Panchendriya with 5 organ.
5-Prayapti-6. It is power of a soul to convert food and particles
into supplementary for body and living life. They are food. body.
organs .breathing, language and mind. A baby in mother's womb complete them serially one by one. Breathing ensures soul's life.

6-Pran-10. With maximum 10 tools soul lives the current life. They
are five organs, mind .speaking power, skin, breathing and life term. A soul lives in current body till it's current life term built expires.
7- Sharir-5. It means types of body. Commonly, we knew only one
visible body. Actually all living souls have additional two  invisible bodies known as Kaarman and Tejas body. Both these bodies always
accompany soul till salvation. It's full clearance gives  final Moksha. 
Karman body is storage of all Karmas related to past and present.
Tejas body offers digestion power and glory to soul's personality.
 Human has Odarik body (built out of perishable particles,). They
 have special small body known as Aaharak body in special cases. 
 It is used to clear doubts. Hell and Devta have Vekriya body. This 
 special can be changed as per desire based on specified eligibility. 
8-Yog-15. It covers types of actions of 3 viz- mind, speech and body.
It is based on truth, non-truth, combined one and practical elements.
(Satya, Asatya, Mishra and Vyavahar). They are four each related to 
mind and speech and seven related to soul's body. Special powered soul when get from Oadarik to Vekeriya likewise it is Mishra Yog.
9-Upayog-12. Special and common knowledge using  mind, speech and body is called Upyog. It means put to use the powers of  a soul
to obtain knowledge and faith. It has five types of knowledge, three types of absence of knowledge and four types of faith or vision. Now in this present era a Jain monk can have two Dyan and two Darshan.
10-Karma-08.-Soul can attract eight karmas. The four karmas are serious and balance four Karmas are body related.  First four are
Karmas related to knowledge, faith, sufferings and attachment. Second category consist Karmas related to life. personality, race and 
deprivation. The life term and all happiness or sufferings are being
results of Karmas built, It is the main cause of differential levels
among various living souls which are felt and seen apparently.
11-Gunastan14-.Those are spiritual development stages of a soul.
Starting point is wrong faith and last 14th stage is Siddaha-Moksha.
A soul add Samkit in 3rd stage to his Mittaya faith. In forth stage he leave Mitthatva and obtain Samkit but could not go for Pavhkhan,In 5th state soul become Samithdhari Shrawak with partial Pachkhan.In 6th stage he becomes monk but with few flaws.In7th stage monk act totally as per Bhagwan's guidelines.8 to 14stages are travel to get the Kewal Dyan and Kewal Darshan and Moksha.

12-23/240 wrongs for five organs.(Indriyoke Vishay and Vikar--They are ----3+5+2+5+8=23  respectively for each of them are for
ear, eye. nose tongue and skin.---------------12+60+12+60+96=240
It involve words color, smell ,taste and touch of good and bad nature.
Balance thirteen Bol we will study in second part-2 in next blog.

    1. Jaijinendra. Madam. If you are referring PDF file I got it in Hindi only. 15 to 25 I tried to summarize in next second part of 25 Bol Blog. I will try to add more explanation in English to possible extent to facilitate easy understanding. Thanks

    1. In reality no Sharir can be said as super or ordinary, But as Moksha is possible only with Odarik Sharir- it can be said as super. Unless one clears Karman and Tejas Sharir- Odarik sharir cannot go to Moksha. Aaharak Sharir is a exceptional one used very lesser times by "Apramatta" soul. Vekriya is for Hell and Heavan.
