One must aim at doing a pure Samaik no matter if number of it are less. Must be free from chatting with other drink, food, involvement in domestic affairs while sitting in Samaik. A clean mind's status for throughout Samaik period is essential as it provides foundation for future religious study and salvation of soul in shorter period. Samaik is a must for all Jain brothers and sisters above age of ten to ensure legacy of Bhagwan Mahavirswami kept intact for centuries to come.
