"Brothers and sisters in earlier session ,we have studied the general
nature and harms an anger does. Now we will study how to control it. It can be useful to you for self and while upbringing kids. One has to analysis after status of anger one posses. Bhagwan has informed
it to be of following four type. Let me explain it with chart below.
1-Never forget--It is like a line in rock------------Anatanubandhi.
2-Take some time to forget-It is like gap in soil.----Apratyakhan.
3-Take short time to forget-It is like gap line in dust--Pratyakhan.
4-Easily forget and become normal- Line in water ------Swajalan.
First type one falls in danger zone and may end up in birth in hell.
Others can be cut down with due thoughts and review. Do not make
your brain cells to store bad memories for ever, just wash them as
soon as possible. Think there are so many good things left to do.
First just check if you are one of the angry mob. Take care not to add fuel to happenings. Mob frenzy can be very dangerous. I share
a story- One time a forest cached fire. Every one was running here and there to save life. A little sparrow was collecting water in her
mouth and putting on fire to calm it down. When one fellow ask her whether she believe that her efforts can extinguish fire------------- ?
She answered that when someday history of forest will be written,
she wants her name in the list of person who tried to close fire and not in the black list of persons who set the fire on. Just pray that
never you will be part of mad crowd or mob lynching .In India it is
very common in various agitations to burn public transport, throw
milk and vegetables in anger on roads out of fury and anger.
Now let us study second part on individual note. Note following
1-Try to avoid hasty reaction. Think for a minute. Allow the storm to pass by.See your voice volume is normal or low. Keep yourself
away from heated arguments.Better if one can keep silence
2-See if you can logically evaluate the case emerged. Impartial case
review by self is not always possible. Mind needs to be trained for
tolerance. neglect-ion and forgiveness from childhood. Try to see
the case with eyes of opposite one. The wearer know if the shoe is
pinching. Training mind needs more efforts. Reading religious books, company of holy personalities like monk or parent can help.

to Chandakoushik cobra snake can be more relevant. The snake was full of poison and known as "Drishtivishaa" snake. It means his
glance was sufficient to kill a passing person. Nobody dared to enter the forest. One day Mahaveerswami was passing by the forest way. Furious cobra made a bit to his toe. Bhagwan said to him calmly.
"Buzza Chandkaushik,buzza"-Calm down please, you don't know
such anger will take your life where ?".It made the serpent to know
his fate if he continue with same anger. Now changed one Kaushik
gave up and became heavenly god after completing current term.
7-Business related anger can be reduced if one reduces love for money. If one is working in high position, knowing truth behind his
appointment can make him to reconsider his anger. Management sit
at distant place. They hire experts on high salary and high targets
with low paid staff. If one know this fact, he can avoid extra anger.
8-Take out time for Samaik. Samaik gives the spare time to soul.
It increases concentration and thinking power. With meditation in
other point of time, one can look back and think properly. Anger
deprives one from logical thinking, meditation can restore it. 9- Spare time availability or unfinished task can also make anger prone. Just search for right things like Jainism for engagement.
10-As a last resort, discuss your problem with mother ,father or
