JAINISM---START YOUR DAY WITH----------------!!!

Each day is important for all of us. What the day will unfold for us nobody knows it in detail. So soon after one wake up, he has to spent 5 minutes for prayer in following form so that one gets the positive energy through out the day. This is minimum with reference to given time frame. Maximum one can decide for himself. One may be too occupied with work but if you miss start of day with the auspicious beginning, you may miss some best result of a given particular day.
Saying Good Morning is wishes for others, for real good morning to self one has to add strength of prayers After prayer offer "Pranam" (bowing down ) to elders and say "JAIJINENDRA "to younger one.
These are old customs, slowly vanishing from our culture and Jain community. You may have any Jain branch of faith, but to start the day by bowing to Almighty is the best way to start the day with. With refreshed energy one can easily face the new day in a better ways.

Let us examine-How a Jain follower shall plan his morning session.
1-Mahamantra Navkar------------Every Jainism follower knows the great impact of it. It is bowing to great virtues of souls who have attained salvation or on the way of salvation. So it is the first thing one shall do on waking up. Minimum three Navkar can be better.
2-Names of 24 Thirthankar-----They all are Siddha Bhagwan now. But they have formed our Thirth and introduced us to Jainism, one must offer respect to them. One can learn the names by heart. One can try 1 Mala of 108 Mani for each for each day for soul betterment.
3-Names of twenty Viharman Bhagwan--------They are Arihant Bhagwan in human body shape presently in Mahavideha Khetra. They are our present guide and mentors. Such as respect to them. we shall remember them. We are presently under regime of Shri Pujya Simandhar Swamiji ,he is present first Arihant Bhagwan out of 20.

4-3 times bowing down with path of Tikkuto----It is bowing down to all Sadhus in form of --Aacharyaji,Upadhyaji and Sadhuji and Swadhiwiji. It is 3 time for reason- to respect virtues like knowledge ,faith and character which they posses and worship.
Then if you have time, one can go for Loggas and Namothunam. Your behavior will set the tradition for generations to come. It can help to cultivate deep Jainism values in youngers and kids in family.

Friends, this is minimum. One Samaik daily is a most desirous for
Jain devotees. In case of time constraint's, doing Sanwar can also be thought of. It can preserve our great Jain culture and heritage. At the end of your prayer, just have a little pray to Bhagwan Mahaveer.---.!
All can offer you a positive energy for the day. Mind well this is not a permit to behave a free life style throughout the rest of day. Not to
forget  anyho18 sins, 9 Punya and 25 Mittava in our daily conduct.

JAI JINENDRA------------!!!---------- JAI MAHAVEER---------!!!.
