JAINISM-A MUST ONE LINER FOR MOKSHA--!!!.

Friends- today I intend to share a useful lecture for kids by Gurudeo.  Some time back Gurudeo addressed a well gathered kids gatherings. The lecture goes as " Dear kids it's very pleasant to see you all in such a large numbers. It makes me to feel proud for your parents and your upbringing in Jainism life style. Previously, I shared with you meaning of Navkar Mantra and explained nine Tatvas in a summary.

In brief you know that getting free from eight Karmas is moksha,
Moksha ends all body related pain and sufferings and offer 8 types of most desirable virtues for a soul. To be there in such a lovely place like "Siddhasheela" is a most desirable dream of any true Jain. If you all want to get there I give you a simple one liner to be repeated after me."Siddaha Siddhi Mam Di Santu. It means Siddha Bhagwan plz.
guide me to have "Siddhgati" like you. Those lines are very powerful but not magical. In a short span it may not have effect to get Moksh, It is to be used to sow a sentiment of getting to Moksha. After some time ,you will know the five types of "Vayahar Samkit" when you go for studying Pratikaman. First type is "Saveg ".It means the wish for

Moksha ,it is also known as "Moksha-Abhilesha".In  Uttaradhyan Sutra in chapter 29 "Samyakavta ke Mul- 73 Sutra" Pujya Bhagwan Mahaveer has put "Saveg" as a first step towards salvation. There must be a willingness of a soul to achieve and go to "Siddasheela .A
seed is basic condition for growing a tree with support of soil, water ,air and sun. Like wise when "Saveg" get nutrition of Samkit, Dyan. Darshan and Charitya aided by correct Guru Moksha is not far away
When one do religious actions are done without intentions of getting Moksha it is called "Akam-Nirjara".Abhavi souls with such actions
can reach up to 9th "Greyeyak" but cannot attain salvation. 
 
I will disappoint you by saying that cleaning 8 Karma is too difficult task. But at the same time it is never impossible, otherwise how can the numbers of Siddha souls can be second in all living souls. First is being Tiryanch souls. Human efforts has unlimited potentials and no barriers if soul is willing .Kids- one may take more than 3 to 15 life cycles, but with whole heartily efforts one can definitely achieve it.  Mahaveer swami clearly told that all Bhavi souls will definitely will get salvation. I wish you must learn Loggas and then this last line particularly" Gurudeo ended lecture. Kids raised voices and said "Siddha Siddhi Mam Di Santu".I liked kid's spontaneous reaction.

JAINISM------"KAREMI-BHANTE"------!!!-------TWO POWERFUL WORDS---------------------!!!.

Friends, let me share a beautiful lecture of Gurudeo. It was given on occasion of "Pachkhawani" for a young girl for 8 day Upvaas during Paryushan." Devanupriya, today I feel very happy and proud for this little girl. At the age of 15 year to dare and do fast for 8 day is a great achievement. This is wonder of two powerful words being "Karemi Bhante".A Jain keeping in  his heart "Arihant Bhagwan" and takes a

particular vow to go for a sacrifice. Meaning of " Karemi Bhante" is "Bhagwan- I intend to do such and such--Pachkhan making you as a witness. In Jainism from a small Tap like Samaik, Navkarshi to big  Diksha is being performed with  these two words. Just imagine how these small 2  words do wonders for a Jain devotee giving them inner strength. To control mind and all five organs is too difficult for all of  us to understand unless one tries it. From kids to elders going for fast as Tap is a very effective tool to cut layers of negative Karmas. On the other hand to decide and to take Diksha to become a Sadhu or
Jain monk needs tremendous courage. Only light souls can  do it. To describe the difficult path of " Sadhu-Jeevan" devotees must read chapter 9/33 of Bhagwati Sutra titled as "Jamali Charitra".Parents of Jamalikumar to prevent him from taking Diksha explain difficulties of life of a Jain monk. They describe the path more difficult than the following examples. Eating sand, digesting iron balls, walking on a sharp weapon, Facing the Ganga river and swimming across a ocean.
Even in "Antagarhsutra"6/15 Atimutakkumar chapter it is covered.  With only two words of Karemi Bhante a soul distracts himself from the domestic world disconnecting his ties with family and wealth. He
never know the next destination, where to sleep and what will be his food. He begins his long journey of salvation with help of Jinwani.
With a sole object of cleaning  soul, he guide masses  for Jinwani.
Devanupriya without a deep faith in teachings of Mahaveer Swami,
no one can dare  and choose such difficult path. I hope in coming days more of you will join the Tapasvi wagon and do the maximum Purushartha to have Nirjara of Karmas and march to salvation. We are really blessed to have such noble and great religion fortunately" Thus Gurudeo ended lecture which lauded Tap and Diksha for souls.

JAINISM-"YEH AATH DIN--2021-PARYUSHAN PARVA-------A PAWAN MAHA- PARVA--------!!!.

Friends, we all Jain celebrate most devotionally "Paryusha" from the Bhadrapada Krishna Teras till Bhadrapadha Shulka Panchmi. Here is the share from my diary for Gurudeo's lecture. Prior to lecture member of organization committee praised Gurudeo and His effort from start of Chaturmas. Gurudeo interrupted and started his lecture.

"Devanupriya, in past I suggested  not to praise us. We do not have any major contribution in it. We are just like a retail merchant who is here to sell Jinwani products as per order of Puj.Mahaveer Bhagwan. Myself do not have even near one intelligence level to preach you. I am trying my best to simply reproduce Jinwani. Let us move to topic Coming eight days will not bring a apparent miracle for us but it is
certainly capable of changing our living and shaping next birth. We are fortunate to have it as you know Pandemic deprived many of us this opportunity. How to use it is a matter of personal selection. I give herewith two options. First is easy and second is desired regular. Option A-A devotee who has physical disability, busy schedule or a less interest can go for it. One Navkar Mala with Navkarshi, dinner before sunset, giving up roots for eight days. He must try to control anger and remain absent from  18 sins. I feel it all can be done easily.
Take care not to visit restaurants. outstations and cinema halls. One can try to take 14 Niyam and give Abhaydaan to Tiyanchgati souls.
    Option B- Beside above they can have fast, Samaik,Swadhya of the  "Uttaradhyan sutra and Pratikaman, No one should miss Pratikaman on Sawsastari day followed with Aaloyana and "Khamat-Khamna. I
have repeatedly told you that Aayushbandha chances are more on this day so be in good and religious state of mind and actions. If it is possible to attend Stahnak or temple do not miss "Antagad Sutra".
Try to have Vrata-Pachkhan and fast. Fast do not aims at starving or punishing body. The tools are designed to test your power to control organs and habits. So far we have completed every demand of organs
Just see it is in your own interest to do the best possible human effort level. We are legal heirs of Mahaveer Bhagwan and must prove to the real worth of it." Gurudeo concluded his guidance,

JAINISM------------SOWING SEASON FOR SOUL -------------------CHATURMAS-2021--------------!!!.

Friends Chaturmas-2021 is knocking door. Soon the anxiety will end for devotees. Jain religion monsoon starts with beginning of "Aadra-Nakhshta". Charurmas start from23/07/2021  day being Aashad Sudi Poornima. Most Auspicious eight days "Paryushan" period begins on 04/09/21 and ends on 11/09/2021.Auspicious "Sawastari"is on 11/09 Bhadrapada Sudi Panchmi. Holy period of Chaturmas ends on Kartik Sudi Poornima being16/11/2021. Bhagwan Mahaveer Swami Nirvan day falls due on 04/11/2021 being the day of Kartik Vadi Amawasya. It is also "Dipawali a day to celebrate Bhagwan stepping to Moksha. Devotees are free to follow dates related to their own branch's faith.

As a farmer transform a bare land into a green land flooded with all crops, our soul gets the chance to transform into  more cleaner status.
Busyness is a gift of modern times to us. In major portion of eight months- we rarely find time for our soul. Bhagwan has specifically advised to curtail our travelling plans and stay at one place barring an emergency. Chaturmas offer us minimum to maximum efforts. We
can do Navkarsi to 30 days fast and one Samaik to maximum twelve Samik in a day can plan suited to own spare time.Only not to miss it.
We can move from our domestic life to Jain spiritual world in those four months. Spiritual world has more power to offer us inner peace.
"Antagarha" and "Uttaradhyana Sutra" reading can also be planned.
So many good religious activities can be done. All it only needs own recognition that yes-- I have err a lot, now it is the time to cover time lost so far. As Bhagwan said "Samayam Goyame" to Gautamswami.
If fortunate to have  Su-Gurudeo at own place, it gives a opportunity to hear "Shrutdyan"  of Jinwani. Whatever is possible can be done,
One can also give up eating roots, vegetables and food after sunset.
Sawastari offers a rare opportunity to reduce burden of hate over soul in form of "Khamatkhamna".One can express sorry for wrong deeds and ask for forgiveness from other whom he might have hurt in past. Another required task is 108 recitation of Puchisunam on Diwali day.
Every devotee must try not to miss fast and "Sawastari Pratikaman". Sawastari is a most important day for soul's" Aayushya Bandh". It is most likely that this day may bring next life fixation for a particular soul unknowingly. The sentiments and state of mind must be crystal  clear for a higher "Gati".Hopefully readers will start acting on it.One
thing must be stored in mind the lost moments and opportunity are never give second chance, Let us use "Chaturmas-21" to the fullest. We must remember- we intend to reach Moksha. The journey is not 
easy but not impossible. With "Dharma-Aardhana" we can have the destination of salvation will be soon in sight. Let us march speedily.

JAINISM----SWADHAY- "NAMI-PAWAJJA" . --UTTARADHAYNSUTRA-(9).------!!!.

Friends my earlier Blog "Puchhisunam" occupy rank in first ten most visited Blogs in this series. It indicates liking of readers for "Aagam- Swadhaya". It prompted me to add another easy to learn " Swadhay" from 9th chapter of "Uttaradhyansutra " titled as --"Nami-Pawajja". Hope- it can help devotees to learn it in coming 2021" Chaturmas". It is told to Pujya Jambuswami by Pujya Sudharmaswami. Nami is the name of the King of "Mithila" and "Pawajja" means taking Diksha. The chapter covers ten questions between "Devraj--Indra" and King. Indra visits King to test his intentions for becoming the Jain monk. Answers by King are so valuable and rich in spiritual terms-- Let us cover it in brief. Readers can get the original text at the end. Fever and pain had made the King Nami-Rajasrhri to suffer for more than  

six months. As a remedy all of his queens gathered to grind turmeric to use it as paste as a medicine on medical advices. Noises of bangles of queen disturbed king. He felt- I was in peace when left alone. The gatherings causes loss of peace. It is better for me to be only with my soul leaving all domestic relations by becoming  a Jain monk. Here  are the answers by King. Readers can guess the questions from reply.

1.-The mourning is city is out of own selfishness. It is just like birds do it for  fallen tree .Simply as vanishing of tree make loss of shelter.
2.-Even if city is burning by fire- I need not to bother. I do not own  anything there. Fumes of any fire can burn only possessed things.      3.- My soul is being sufficiently guarded by safeguard of forgiveness faith, Tap, Sanwar Samiti and Gupti , Dush Dharma. As such I need not to care about safety of city from attacks by external enemies.        4.-One who has doubt of a permanent residence care for building temporary homes. I am sure of my place in "Siddasheela".As such I do not need to build homes or luxurious palaces to delay my Diksha.   5.-I need not to offer safety from dacoits to citizens as they are being governed by their built Karmas.They will get exact results as Karma 
6.-I firmly believe a warrior winning over internal enemies is more brave than a warrior winning ten million. As such I do not need to engage in wars with externals. Winning over soul is my priority.        7.-I need not to get engage in "Maha-Yadnya" or " Maha- Bhoj " for Bramins. I believe that monk's "Sayam is best and noble charity.        8.- Living a domestic life cannot be compared to Monk's Dikha. Jain Sadhu can walk correctly path of salvation shown by Thirthankars.    9.-Your suggestion to go for Diksha after adding wealth by diamond
gold etc.is not practical as human greed, wishes are infinite as sky. 
10.- Your suggestion not to leave visible comforts for imaginary happiness and peace of getting to Moksha is not true. It's a matter of faith over preaching of Jineshwar Bhagwan which  true for all time. Indra in disguise of Bramin pleased with answers. He praised king and appreciated his beliefs. Indra wished early salvation to him and left for his location. With Diksha Nami Rajashri got Moksha soon.

JAINISM---WHAT IS MEANT BY "SAYAMA"---!!!.

Friends often we hear the word |"Sayam" in Jainism's terminology. Gurudeo beautifully explained it in his question and answer session. Devotee asked "Sir what is meant by Sayam. Can only the Jain monk can practice it. Why practicing it enable getting Deologa in next life and not Moksha Here is the brief coverage of Gurudeo's explanation.

"Devanupriya, really it is nice to hear such questions. It shows your willingness to walk on the salvation path. "Sayam " simply means to controlling five organ and mind. It is not necessary that only Sadhuji can practice it. Shrawak or even a non Jain can do it easily. Since our Sadhuji have left domestic life and live hood issues they are in much
better position and more time to be in "Sayam".A soul marches to the Sayam in stages. First he hears Jinwani then he study it and gets the expert knowledge. As a result he gets to know the value of taking the Pachkhans. With such control he gains "Nirjara -cutting bad Karmas. He control his needs and lead a simple life controlling his organs and mind. Organs ear, nose ,eyes, touch are comparatively easy to control but taste and mind are much more difficult. Main reason behind it is
that from childhood we were bought up in a comfortable life style by parent. Specially we develop taste and liking for eatables and drinks.
It's a irony that for taste of tongue some people even turn to the other than vegetarian food. A survey in this regard give shocking results. A increase in Jainism knowledge will slowly change the current scene.
Secondly mind is a free "Pran tool knowing no boundaries as the air.
To control them Mahaveerswami advised fast and Dyan. "Aayambil Tap- allow the Shrawaks tasteless food avoiding 5 Vigaya. Secondly Samaik, Pratikaman and Poshad engagements help to control mind.
Engagement in religious activity can help to control organ and mind.
Bhagwan Mahaveerswami prescribed 5 Samiti and 3 Gupti to" Jain" monks to ensure "Sayam" of all actions, mind and organs. As such if you are walking on road keeping eye open to care for small insects it is a Sayam of eye, Kaya and mind. It ensure 1st Vrata non-violence. 
Hence Jain Sadhuji  never move after sunset beyond compound of a Mandir or Stanak. except urinal like needs. In rainy season as we all know that it is  must for them to stay at one Chaturmas place for the entire period of four months. It is all specified to maintain "Sayam".
Silence keeping is also a very good tool of Sayam to control tongue.  
In nine Tatvas Bhagwan said Sanwar is the closing doors of sins and  Aashrav is opening these door. Sayam can be gained by Sanwar vow.
Sayam help soul to keep away from 18 sins and 4 Kashay. Soul must keep away from " Kaam -Bhog" to maximum to ensure Sayam. Our ears and eyes invites Kaam in form of words and beauty. Balance 3 organ are tools to invite Bhog in form of smell, taste and touch. Thus avoiding five Kaam Bhog can help to limit birth cycles for our souls.
In 25 Bol we get 5 organ's 24 coverage and 240 Vikars. If one knows the coverage he can gets more help to control organs and it's demand 

Now let me turn to your second question. Why Sayam help to get a  birth in Deologa and not directly to Moksha. Sayama is of two kind. One is Sarag Sayam and second is Vitraag Sayam. Sarag mean soul with love, hate and affection. Even up to sixth stage of Sadhuji ,soul fails to give up "Raag-Dwesh".From seventh onward stages the soul march towards flawless stages. Hence seventh is called "Apra-Matta.
Unless soul win over "Rag-Dwesh with Sayam there is no salvation. 
In 29th and 30th chapter- Samkit and Tap- Mahaveer Bhagwan used word "Indriya- Pratisalinta" and "Indriya-Nigraha" for control over all organs. Pachkhan helps a Shrawak to become "Deshvirati".Monks are "Sarva-Virati" as from taking Diksha they are in Samaik 24x7.I hope you all will know the benefits of Sayam and make a slow start.
Organ and mind are too fickle. As a rider control horse by neck belt
Pachkhan and Sayam help us. Soon you can see how the controlled organs bring change and take you to a advanced stage of salvation path".Jinwani is always open to guide you. Do not form a habit to fulfill all demands of body. At last all born one has to die .Better to  live  at all possible simplicity and execution. In 18 sins 6 each sin is being done by Man, Vachan and Kaaya.  2,12,13,14,15 and 17 are for Vachan. Sayam can ensure distance from all sins. In 25 bol 9 Tatva 1
can get twenty Sayam practices. They are  Samkit, Pachkhan. giving up Kashay,  Pramad  A-Shubhav(5), Follwing 5 Mahavrata, 5 organ   and mind ,speech and body control (8) and taking all things with a almost care (2).In all  total 20.These are designed to stop 18 sins.
Whatever is possible to your ability do them "Gurudeo concluded.
