JAINISM+ WHAT HAPPENS FIRST--ACTION OR PAIN------!!

Bhagwan Mahaveer Swami told the basic truth to his sixth Gandhar Shri Manditputraji in Shatak 3rd of Bhagwati Sutra. The chapter is named as Karma and vedana .To his question Bhagwan explained the sequence. He told that first action or Karma happens and as a result pain or sorrow follows. Never ever Karma offers suffering first.
Even in exceptional case it never happens that you face any problem without doing such or similar things. One has definitely done such Karma which are giving the results today. For deep study one has to go through Badha and Abhadha period of Karma theory of Bhagwan. Abhadha means in store and Badhakaal means rise of  maturity time from bunch of accumulation. Accumulation stored in Karman Sharir.
So many times in our life with examples of self, relative, friends or society, we get confused. We can not find answer to sufferings even though the conduct of person involved in is unquestionable in present life. Some incurable deceases ,some accidents, sudden financial losses, sudden death of closed relatives one and another, the list of human sufferings is endless. In our life suffering is inevitable.
 Bhagwan has categorically told that, one cannot suffer unless he has committed same or similar Karmas. As a ordinary human without the Kevaldyan ,we fail to know the time of a particular commitment of the particular Karma by us. One wonder if ever he has built Karmas giving such sorrows . If one has full faith in preaching of Bhagwan he can face the sufferings gracefully and in calm and quite way, Thus new karmas will be reduced. For it one must have faith in Jinvachan.
Bhagwan has classified all actions into five main sections of Kriya or actions. They are Kayiki (Done with Body and organs.),Adhikarni (acquisition or making weapons by body or using soul) for 18 sims. 
Pradweshiki( jealousy).Paritapaniki (giving trouble ) and Pranapatiki ( killing ).Last one is too serious and may create "Nikachit Karma".
All results are to be suffered in similar ( Evambhut Vedna) pain or different than original pain (Aneyvambhut Vedna). With Nirjara or good deeds time or severity of some Karmas other than Nikachit
Karma can be changed by self. It is called Anyevambhut Vedna,

 Thus nothing is in our hand, we have to face results with patience and braveness. We must continue to follow Jainism and good deeds. We have to remember that even Bhagwan Mahaveer can not avoid

facing of such results. He suffered lot of suffering and sorrows. But he knew that Karma does not recognize person,it only knew the doer. On  due date ,it has to award result and walk away.

GAJSUKUMALJI-SALVATION IN ONE DAY WITH ZERO BOILING POINT---------!!!

This is the most touching story from "Antagarhsutra"-- I ever had heard. In Paryushan ,when ever I hear it unknowingly each time eyes became wet. In brief ,Gajsukumalji was son of Devakimata and the younger brother of Lord Shrikrishna who ruled Dwarikanagari. Kid was christened as Gajsukumal since he was too delicate as our palate Shrikrishna has selected Soma ,the daughter of Somil Bramin to be bride of Gajsukumalji. It was a perfect and beautiful matching  pair.

In early youth Gajsukumal, refused to get married Gajsukumal told
parents desire to take Dikha and become monk. With this proposal Devakimata and Shrikrishna were highly shocked.They were unable to restrain Gajsukumal from his determination to give up the wish to become a monk. He was a "Charam-Shariri" soul." Charim'  Hindi
meaning- last birth on earth and is destined to get definite salvation.
 At last they permitted him on condition that only for a single day Gajsukumalji will be king of Dwarika since they wanted to see him as a king. After swearing as a king Gajsukumalji taken Diksha under Thirthankar Bhagwan Shri Aristanemiji. On the same day young Gajsukumalji with permission from Bhagwan went to graveyard to perform meditation known as "Bhikshupratima" a too difficult Tap.

Bhikshpratima  is most difficult form of meditation. As a result one can get salvation otherwise, heavy causalities one has to face. Somil Bramhin  happened to see Gajsukumalji while in meditation. He got boiled with anger since Gajsukumalji to become a monk has left his daughter unmarried. With burning revenge desire, he made a plan to kill the monk ,he built clay pot over his head and put burning coals into it. It was due to similar Karmas Gajasukumalji built against him before 99 crores Purva long long time ago. Karma roused  for results 
Neither Muni broken his Dyan nor he opened his eyes. Silently---he faced the severe pain of burning. Even in his mind for a fraction of seconds- Muni not expressed any anger against the killer. He entered into broader thinking process and thought "Oh! here I got a chance to clear my old debts because unless, I have created it nobody can make me suffer. Let me clear all debts to get salvation. This is life time opportunity I was waiting for. Thanks to soul who made me to get what I desperately needed to clear the heavy burden over my soul "

The thinking caused him to get Keval dyana and salvation in same day. Diksha, having crown of King and Moksha all major events in a single day--------!! Only exceptional soul can get all 3 in a single day.
Thus this a unique story. Many noble soul carried out longer Tap and Sadhana and got salvation. But here in a single day Gajsukumalji got
it. Of course the price and courage shown by Muni was great and unparalleled  with no matching over centuries. This story has also a

great example of power of Karma. A prince, disciple of Bhagwan
and brother of Lord Krishna all in one. Such a grand personality but
Karma and it's rise has to be faced by every one in spite of his/her
background. No one can avoid the result of Karma. It warns all of
us to be careful for all our actions small or big. You are free to have
any type of action but not free to escape the results. Have the same
amount of courage to repay the loan of Karma.Gajsumalji had the
courage and Karma rewarded him  by unique gift of Salvation.

Just imagine the tremendous pain of burning .he went through. When Devakimata gave permission to her son Gajsukumalji--She told--" Mhane Chod Chalya Lalji,Biji Maata Mat Kijoji "means you are leaving me my dear son but see  that you get salvation so that no any need remains to search for another mother for getting next birth.
Gajsukumalji fulfilled the expectation of mother his unparalleled courage. Our heart felt salute to his noble soul----!!!- Jai Ho----!!!.
Whenever I read burning of newly weds for dowry or other reasons , it reminds me this story of  this great  soul Pujya Muni Gajsukumalji.
If with this story we compared ourselves, we can  sadly see our own weaknesses. We can not bear a slight burn. We get furious even with words ,better not to imagine bodily torture. We have now to be more tolerate knowingly Karma theory. At least this we can learn from it.
The great soul of Gajsukumalji not uttered a slow cry and suffered the pain silently. A tiny question why this to me would have deferred his salvation, The prize he got was priceless and beyond any words i.e. Moksha. Every Bhavi soul is waiting for it. For it be tolerate.

BHAHUBALIJI-KEEP PRIDE ASIDE SALVATION IS NOT FAR BEHIND-------------!!!

The 57 feet tall statue situated at Shavanbelagola in Hasan district in Karnataka, India is giving this message of Jainism to mankind. Pride is too difficult to conquer-only brave and noble souls can succeed at. 
The place is 158 km. distance from Bengaluru. This story of Jainism goes in this way. First Thirthankar Bhagwan Rishabhdeo has two wives  namely-- Sumangala and Sunanda. Sumangala has hundred sons. Prominent-Bharat and Brami being daughter. Sunanda has one son and one daughter named Bahubali and Sundariji. Before Diksha Rishabhdeoji distributed his Vanita kingdom equally among his all
heirs. King Bharat in-process of being Chakravarty. He won all six continentals except kingdom  of Bhahubali. The victory was needed. 

only after it he can be declared as  Chakravarty. When talks failed  he declared war against his brother Bhahubali. It was agreed that first the brothers should fight to save lives of soldiers. The fight began.
 After trying various methods of fight- the duo went for face to face fight for getting final supremacy decision to conclude the war.. 
Bahubali taken his hand up to blow on head of Bharat, Suddenly he thought my father is on way of salvation and see-- what I am doing
fighting with own brother and that too for non permanent things and wealth--I am so sorry--!  So he put the hand on his head and shaved head to become monk. He regretted his decision to fight for kingdom
During the period he has done extreme Sadhana but could not to get Kevaldyana-  the prior condition for salvation. Then his both sisters Brami and Sundari now being monk-- happened to meet Bahubali.
They explained to him " Bira Mhara Gaj Thaki Utaro-" Bahubali please climb down from the elephant of Pride. With a sense of pride with in mind Bahubali refused to bow down to his  younger brothers who have taken Diksha and became monk before him. It a matter of self respect for him not to bow to younger one as per family tradition
That pride was causing delay in obtaining Kevaldyana for him. He immediately realized his mistake and decided to bow down to all the younger monks on getting hint from sister monks. Immediately on this determination, he obtained Kevaldyan and got desired salvation.
With passage of time all his brothers and sisters got salvation Moksh.
The message is clear. Salvation requires winning over four Kashaya-
Anger. pride ,cheating and grid. In our self pride we avoid talking to others for mutual solution and engage in avoidable fighting. Which we can decide to avoid .It can be a time saver to establish peace.  

Let us overcome it while walking  on path of salvation. Kashays are like boiling water. If fire is taken off ,the water gets original form of
natural coolness. Exactly it happens with soul .If Kashay is taken off soul gives up Vibhavdasha and returns to original nature of coolness. Then reaching salvation is within sight. Let us learn from Bhahubali episode. Anyhow self pride for any thing is really too irrelevant.

JAINISM STATUS--POST MAHAWEERSWAMI SALVATION------------!!!

It is interesting to study developments in Jainism after Mahaveer Bhagwan got salvation/Moksha. Devotees can update themselves about it. One can refer Aagams to check the authenticity of material,
After Veerniran only 3 noble soul got salvation i.e.Moksha. They are Gautamswami,Sudhrama Swami and Jambuswami. After  Bhagwan
Mahveerswami----------Sudharmaswami who was his fifth disciple
( Ganadhar) took over from Him. Then last siddha was Jambuswami.Thus Kevaldyan lasted in our era only for 64 years of Mahaveerswami's Nirvan-12 years Gautamswami + 08 years of Sudharmaswamiji and forty four years of Jambuswamiji. Then we made entry into 5th Aara of Kalchakra where Kewaldyan is missing.
After that salvation from Bharatsketra came to an end. Presently only souls from Mahavidehakhetra are eligible for salvation. After end of  64 years- only Shrutkevaldyan remained for next 151 years. It means such kevaldyani were knowing all 14 Shrut. They are being called as Chodahpurvadhari. In those 151 years only 6 souls can obtain this
 high level of knowledge. Their names being- Pujya Shrutdyanaji-- -Prabhavswami,Shayabhavswami.Yashobhadraswami.Sambhutivijayswami Bhadrabhahuswami and Sthulibhadra Swamiji.
After 160 years of Veernirvan ,there was a extreme difficult drought   of continuous 12 years. In this period all Aagams got scattered.12th Angasutra Drastiwad as a practice is not available after two Paats---  ( position) after Thrithankara Bhagwan. It contained a high treasure.
Then there was 4 readings of balance 11 Angasutras originally read by Sudrarmaswami known as Vachna. Present available Aagams are based on it. First Vachna was carried in Patliputra Second Vachna was made in Mathura by Aacharya Skandilacharya. Third Vachna was done by Nagarjun Aacharya and last was done by Aacharya Deodhigani Kshma Shravan after 993 years of Veernirvan in city of Vallabhipuri. It was a great new beginning for Jain religion.
 Thus Aagam got book form. But it again got scattered here and there. Then in Vikram Samwat1472 Veer Lokashah from Ahmadabad in Gujarat took much needed efforts and done replicating and doing preservation of Aagams in present form. Present era of 20th century 
 marked byJaymalji,Jawaharlalji,Amolkaji,Ghasilalji,Aanandrushiji ,Umeshmuniji,Madhukarmuniji.Hastimalji,Hajarimalji,Samarthgurudeo,Ghevarchandji. Prakashgurudeo and so many other great souls.In the series Dhyanchandji and Dharmasajji Maharaj made a very good and major contribution. Aachyaraji of all branches added more to the interpretation of Aagam. Our great salutes are due to them for efforts
Acharyaji contributed to translate and interpret those Aagaams in Hindi and other local languages. It was a real tough task for them.

Even some scholar Shravaks also contributed to it. All such efforts made it available to us in present form. We are fortunate to have it.
Thus we owe a high obligations towards all these great and noble souls who helped us to have Jinwani through Aagams.

JAINISM- UNCOUNTABLE LOCATIONS OF BIRTHS AND RELATIVES------------!!!.

We have soft corner for place, spot and family - where we take birth.
Slowly we expand our horizon for district, state, country and so on. On basis of such geography we build various barrier circles around us.  One can be surprised ----if I quote some facts told by Bhagwan Mahaveer Swami to Bhagwan Gautam Swami in Bhagawati Sutra. 
During question answer session. Bhagwan told that there is no place in this Universe as tiny as atom or Parmanu ,where we all have not taken birth or died. Only birth pending for us is on Siddhasheela. Even we have been to Siddhasheela in form of it's earth components. For detailed study of both one can refer 12/06 of Bhagwati Sutra.

Similarly there is not a single soul with whom we have not entered  or established various relation such as -mother, father, son, daughter,
wife, husband, friend enemy and so on. To explain Mahaveer Swami  has given example of a home, where 1000 goats are being kept for 6 months .No part of such home can remain untouched by material of goats. Same is case with living things form might differ, but we have been to all places, with established relationship with each of soul.
 Bhagwan has given five reasons for such situation as follow------.
1-Permanent Universe.-Universe was, is and will be there for ever.
2-Nature of Universe being with no beginning and no end termed as Anaadi-Annant one. It was there, is there and will be there  full time.
3-Permanant nature of soul for all living one in one or another form.
4-Recurring Karmas done by soul causing new birth each time.
5- Long time taken for salvation. It cause, plenty of cycles of life and death, At every point  of birth, new set of souls are attached with us . Each time in course of living life we happened to create new relation either of love or hate, It adds more and more debts for each others.
It can be in form of air ,water, plant, fire and water, almost we have touched every corner of universe while living so many birth chains. 
If we believe and put our faith in this doctrine ,we can remove all barriers and can expand our vision. This can reduce the hate and we can move on the path of salvation.It can increase brotherhood among living things .Let us thanks Bhagwan for widening our horizon and bringing us close to each other. Just see to curtail such relations

JAINISM----- RAJUL NE CHHOD CHALYA NEM--------!!!-----SATI RAJIMATI-----!!!.

Can we believe that sound of pain by caged animals can make any groom rethink his wedding plans and returned unwed to become a
monk-? This is the  very interesting story of 22nd Thirthakar Pujya Arishtaneminathji Bhagwan as given in" Utradhyansutra " Aagam by Mahaveerswami. Let us look at this interesting story of Bhagwan.
Neminathji was son of king Samudravijay and queen Shivadevi of Shoryapur. His marriage was fixed with princess Rajimati daughter of king Ugrasen, The prince was on the way for marriage riding on  an elephant .Of course the prince was being followed by a huge mob.

 On his way to bridegroom's place he heard painful voices of caged birds and animals. On inquiry, he came to know that they were being kept in cages to be saluted after some time for food of guest. Hearing it the prince got very nervous and thought that his marriage will cost lives of so many innocent creatures who were not at fault. They will be punished for life term for taste of food. heavy price for wedding.
The prince gave up the marriage plans and became monk by taking Diksha. On hearing it princess Rajimati started crying. It is natural  for a young bride to see her all dreams shattered in this way. After some time she went for Darshan of Neninathji with Lordkrishna when they heard Neminathji  have obtained "Kewal dyan." The Lord  Shrikrishna asked Bhagwan the reason of so much love of Rajimati
for him. Bhagwan replied that He and Rajimati were together from last 8 life. Now time has come both shall meet again at Siddahshila.It gave Rajimati hint and she can see all 8 lives by "Jatisamarandyan".  Immediately she took Diksha and became Rajimatiati. Both of them attained salvation and reached to top place in universe Siddhasheela.

We are proud of such great legacy. Many Jain are pure vegetarian even ,they are not using roots like onions and potatoes. From this side there is strict follow up in the current birth for vegetarian food.
But we might have consumed meat in previous births. So one has to express sorry and do Aalochna for previous misdeeds in this regards in current life to reduce severity of such great sins of Pranatipaat.
Unfortunately I cannot say all Jain are vegetarians. When I- check across profiles on Matrimony sights, some parents proudly say for their child to be eggetarian, non-vegetarian and social drinker. At least they are bold enough to say the truth. They will certainly regret  missing Jain culture when they will look back at life in next birth.
Many others hide it causing divorces in society. Previously divorce was heard in exceptional cases. Now breaking of holy marriages or
engagements and divorces numbers is gradually increasing. That is a sorry state of affairs for society. Needs a urgent inner inspection.
We must give thought to such exceptional cases and try to bring them back in main stream. We might have obtained high education or influenced by high society or culture but if we forget  principle of Jainism i. e. Ahinsa, it will be great insult to our religion. So think a little bit and give up such bad habits if any, causing birth in hell.
One senior member of family must clear misconception of current
young generation that egg is vegetarian food .It is nothing but a one
substances equal to substance of abortion of a female lady. Let us
give weight to life than taste. This we can learn from Neminathji.
